Description of Service

Dozio is a daily mental clarity service that provides:

• One thought-provoking prompt per day
• 5 minutes maximum commitment per day
• Progress tracking and streak monitoring
• Personal reflection space

User Accounts

Registration:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Dozio
• One account per person

Account Responsibilities:

• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Subscription and Payment

Free Trial:

• 7-day free trial for new users
• Full access to all features during trial
• Cancel anytime during the trial period
• No charge if cancelled before trial ends

Paid Subscription:

• Monthly subscription: $3/month
• Billed automatically each month
• Cancel anytime - no long-term commitment
• Refunds handled on a case-by-case basis

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel:

• Anytime through your account settings
• Access continues until the end of the billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time
• Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Scrape or automate access to the service
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of your responses and reflections
• Your content is private and not shared with others
• You can export or delete your content at any time

Our Content:

• All prompts, design, and code are owned by Dozio
• You may not copy or redistribute our content
• The Dozio name and logo are our trademarks

Service Availability

We strive to keep Dozio available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the service
• Error-free operation at all times
• That the service will meet all your expectations

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Important:

• Dozio is a self-improvement tool, not therapy
• Not a substitute for professional mental health care
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition
• Results vary by individual - no guarantees

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Dozio is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability limited to amount paid in past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services or links

Changes to Terms

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Termination
